Happy Monday! Emily here with the FIRST brand new and improved Hodge Podge challenge for you! 

First off, let me introduce you to Lisamars. Her layout, 1 Meter High, was the winner of Jacque's ACTION challenge! I love the energy and movement communicated through color and extraction here. CONGRATS Lisa!

Count your blessings! This sketch is based on a layout I saw in a magazine several years ago; it really stuck with me because I believe that gratitude plays a HUGE part in the shaping of our attitude. And, heck, with the holidays right around the corner this challenge is timely too!

So get your hodge podge on and interpret this sketch however you please. Because of the ch-ch-changes around here, you have until Sunday, November 30th to submit a layout in the comments section below.

Some Changes for Hodge Podge (HP is better than EVER!)

Hey everyone!!  Rachel here letting you know that we've made some changes to the Hodge Podge Challenge you know and love.  Now you're going to love it even more!

• Hodge Podge Art Challenge will now be a bi-weekly challenge!  More time for you to get your layout to us! 
• MORE WINNERS!!  Every two weeks there will be a grand prize winner who will win at least 20$ in gift cards from two of us.  There will also be 2 runners up who will each receive 1 10$ card from one of us.  How's that for fun?!
• The Grand Prize Winner's winning layout will be featured on the blog so you won't have to go searching through links to find it...AND the Grand Prize Winner will play along with us in the next challenge by making an "inspirational" layout for the challenge.
• We will also have a new special new blinkie for you to sport if you win a challenge...and also a new fan blinkie that if we happen to see you wearing it around the forums...you might get a treat from one of us!

**ACTION**

Hi friends! Jacque here with this weeks Hodge Podge challenge. My son has just finished his first year of tackle football. It was so much fun for our family. It required lots of sacrifice with practices every evening, pep rallies every Friday and full length games every Saturday, but seeing the joy on my sons face while he played, and watching him grow and learn and have fun was worth every bit of it. However, now I've got 9 weeks worth of photos of him playing football. I had NO IDEA how to begin to scrap them. So I've decided as a challenge (mostly to get me motivated to scrap this memory) was to challenge us ALL to scrap an action shot.

Whether it be a photo that you've always loved of your child laughing, running, swinging or maybe someone dancing or playing a sport. Any photo where you've Captured movement. Our challenge this week is to scrap those photos.
