I’m so stoked today! It’s raining outside and very chilly…the perfect day for scrapping! Rachel here and it’s time for my second challenge in the Land of Hodge! Before we get down to challenge business, I want to make a special announcement
Drum roll…..
Welcome Michelle Godin to our creative staff! We’re so thrilled to have you and I know you’ll provide us with layout upon layout of amazing inspiration!
On to the challenge. We all have someone we love. That said someone usually has a quirk…often annoying but often endearing at the same time. I want you to scrap about it! Scrap that quirk! What do you love about it? What annoys you about it? Oh and there’s a rule…NO KITS! (if you must use a kit…you may only use 1 thing out of the entire kit…only 1!) The prize is a 10$ gift card from Studio Rache! AND a 10$ gift card to Amanda Rockwell's Scrap Artist shop! (personal use only) Get scrappin!

Journaling Says: Annika, you're definitely a child that dances to a beat all their own. And I love that about you. You have so many little quirks that just make you... well YOU! One of my most favorite of them is that you're always examining the world around you. You find beauty in almost all things nature- from flowers and leaves to sticks, rocks and grass. You're always stopping to collect these little things no matter where you are. When I do your laundry, I am almost guaranteed to find some sort of hidden treasure in your pockets. And when I go to make your bed, I usually find a whole treasure chest worth of loot under your pillow. This is your thing, this makes you happy... and I love it. Some days I find that I have neither the time nor patience for your constant treasure hunting, and find myself wishing this were a stage you'd quickly grow out of. But please don't. Don't lose this innocence, don't lose this great gift you have been blessed with to see the beauty around you.
